A mom, a grandma and a whole lot of fun
Hodag Fun Zone is owned by Charlene Slack and her daughter, co-owner Linda Sturzl. Linda is a mom of three who saw a lack of things for kids to do in the Northwoods, so the two of them built one. Dozens of families came out for our grand opening in March 2026, and we're just getting started.
“I have three kids myself and we don't have very many kid-friendly options around here, so I thought somewhere friendly for the kids to come and play.”
